Meta's Graph API is back to normal and all Nonli services related to Facebook, Instagram and Threads have been operating as expected since 6:30 PM CEST. Publishing error rates have returned to their usual baseline and statistics and comments collection has caught up.
Posts that failed to publish during the incident may need attention: please check the status of posts scheduled between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM CEST and republish any post still showing an error.
This incident was caused by a global Meta outage, confirmed on their side.

We are currently seeing elevated error rates on Meta's Graph API, affecting Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Meta has confirmed an ongoing issue on their side (see metastatus.com). All Nonli features relying on these platforms are impacted: publishing to Facebook, Instagram and Threads may fail or be delayed, and data collection for statistics and comments may be incomplete until Meta resolves the issue.
